Fodada Selects World Class Miami Self-Defense Expert for their 8^th Annual International Women’s Self-Defense Day

Miami, FL – C.O.B.R.A. Defense Miami today announced that they have been once again selected by fodada to participate in their 8^th Annual Women’s Self Defense Day on November 23^th 2019.

“We’re very proud to have been selected by fodada to participate in their celebration because it recognizes how effective our C.O.B.R.A self-defense training is for women”, said C.O.B.R.A Defense Miami Director, Joe Robaina.

Robaina went on to say: “In support of this special day, C.O.B.R.A. Defense Miami will be offering a free 1 hour self-defense class. Specifically participants will learn –

1. How women are targeted
2. The formula bad guys use to target women and what they can do about it.
3. What makes a woman perceived to be an easy target
4. The type of bad guy women need to be aware of most.
5. Criminal Profiling and Quick Life Saving Decisions Under Duress
6. Home Invasions (good idea to have husband and household members watching)
7. Anti-Abduction Strategies
8. Parking Lot Safety
9. Gun Defenses: what to say, not say,  do and not do and the physical skill sets to survive the grim scenario.

Robaina also explained:  “Many violent attacks can be prevented with a better understanding of situational awareness, criminal motive, and how to physically engage an attacker as a last resort are the main things covered in this class.”

The free self-defense class will be led by C.O.B.R.A Defense Miami Director Robaina and will start at 10am on November 17, 2018 at the COBRA Defense Miami training center in Miami, Fl.
