Our number 1 priority and objective is that you be completely 100% satisfied with any purchase and that you get the instruction that you want and need and that is best suited to helping you become able to defend yourself.
The policies below defines our refunds, returns and replacement policy for all Self Defense and Fitness DVD’s and Self Defense and Fitness DVD video rentals, apps and online Self Defense or Fitness classes and book. It includes ALL forms of academies, 1 day camps, multiple day camps, specialty workshops, private training and all retreats. This policy is subject to change at any time.
All Sales are Final –
If for some reason you are unable to make a class, you will be issued a credit to attend the next class. There are no refunds under any conditions. You may also transfer your purchase to a friend or family member.
